Use a ruler to measure the widest part of your nail plate. Measure from where the skin meets the nail on each side, and match the size to this chart. If you are between sizes, use a larger size and file the edges for a perfect fit.

Set Sizes: 

XS - 3, 6, 5, 7, 10

S - 2, 5, 4, 6, 9

M - 1, 5, 4, 6, 8

L - 0, 4, 3, 5, 7
