As long as you arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment, I will be happy to perform your services. If you are more than 30 minutes late, I ask that you please reschedule for another time.

I currently do not require deposits for my services. You may pay for your service ahead of time, or I can accept payment during or after performing your services.

Well behaved children are always welcome, however please limit adult guests to one individual per client being serviced.

Absolutely. Every nail set comes with a two week warranty. Any chipping or damage may be repaired within this time frame at no extra charge.

I would never want anyone to leave my chair feeling less than beautiful. I am willing to tweak or completely redo any service to make sure you are satisfied.

Press-on sets are created in a time frame of 2 - 4 days, and will be mailed within 24 hours of completion. Shipping in the US typically takes 3 - 7 days.

If one or more of your custom press-ons do not fit properly, you can try to resize them with the nail file provided. If they still do not work for you, I will send up to three replacement nails at no extra charge.
